We're currently seeking a **Training Specialist**(Fixed Term Contract-12 weeks)**to join our Project Management Office and contribute to organisational transformation through high-quality learning and development initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role within our in-flight system change project to design, deliver engaging and effective learning solutions and evaluate its success.

Your work will directly to support change implementation and long-term capability development in this program of work

**Key responsibilities of this role**:

- In conjunction with the Vendor, develop, and deliver high-quality learning content (face-to-face, virtual, and digital) aligned with project goals and organisational standards
- Participate in project activities such as discovery workshops, process mapping, and vendor training
- Support and lead training rollout plans, including Train-the-Trainer sessions and performance coaching
- Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and work instructions
- Collaborate on change management and communication strategies to support learning embedment
- Monitor learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

**A bit about You**

You're a collaborative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and organisational change. You know how to turn complex project requirements into clear, actionable, and measurable learning solutions. You are agile, flexible and focused on delivering quality outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in developing and delivering online and blended learning programs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
