The Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) is the sole medical college accredited by the Australian Medical Council for the training and continuing professional development of medical practitioners in the specialty of Dermatology.
As the national peak membership organisation, the College represents over 590 specialist dermatologist Fellows and 100 trainees across the country. The College is the leading authority in Australia for dermatology, providing information, advocacy and advice to individuals, communities, government and other health stakeholders on skin health and dermatological practice.

**About the role**
This is a current position, established to support the implementation of skin health education and training in alignment with College’s Strategic Plan. The position reports to the Director, Training Program and sits within the Training Program portfolio of the College. This position has one direct report (Training Program Administrator). You will be required to work the occasional evening and 1 - 2 weekends each quarter.
**Key responsibilities**:
- The day-to-day management of the training program, including ensuring compliance to record keeping, policies and procedures in relation to program requirements
- Monitoring, planning and execution of key events in the training program cycle, including trainee workshops and the Fellowship Examinations
- Liaising with other ACD staff in relation to Training Program matters such as data management, policies, online assessments and learning management systems
- Administrative, project or other support for the Director, Training Program and the Executive team as required
- Provide secretariat support for the National Training Committee and the National Examinations Committee with oversight by the Committee Chair (agenda, minutes, meetings, reports, etc.)
- Manage all logistics to support annual trainee workshops including budgeting, sponsorship, venue hire, attendance, equipment, program, promotion and communication
**About you**:
- Project Management or Event Management skills or qualifications would be ideal
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and processes
- Experience working in an education and training organisation
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Databases
- Ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in small teams/professional committees
- Experience in a membership organization and/or professional body would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
