We are recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant who will be a good fit for our close knit team. We offer a great working environment where many of our team have been with us for many years.
**About the role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work with mínimal supervision. A professional and friendly presence is essential, and the knowledge to effectively screen calls is necessary for this position.
Being highly motivated and self-directed is essential, as is a positive / pro-active approach toward teamwork and a willingness to learn. Experience working in the construction industry is an advantage.
**Duties and responsibilities**
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to; answering and directing calls in a warm and friendly manner. Respond promptly and professionally, ensuring caller needs are identified and appropriately actioned. Maintain Reception and Boardroom. Manage and place orders for uniforms, amenities and stationery, assist in flight bookings, site accommodation. Prepare and distribute mail requirements for the organization.
