**About the Company**

Deliver a high standard of work for a NSW Government organisation in Burwood with a hybrid work arrangement. This is a 6 month contact, ASAP start.

**About the Role**
- Deliver end-to-end customer focused services across all Procurement Service Lines
- Meet agreed standards, operating procedures and performance targets.
- Operational Sourcing - Contact for Tier 2 Transactions support and escalation of procurement related customer and supplier enquiries.
- Provide accurate information, taking ownership of individual matters.
- Assess needs, troubleshoot, and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their transaction.

**About You**
- Experience working in a procurement/purchasing environment
- Transferrable skills or experience with other ERP Systems
- must be familiar with sourcing activities including completing RFQ documentation, supplier evaluation and contract agreements
- Must have experience using SAP/Ariba ERP systems
- Familiarity with State Government procurement policies/schemes/contracts/panels
- Aptitude, agility and a positive attitude to deliver purchasing/sourcing requests to procurement deadlines
