About the Role
- Be accountable for leading contemporary and comprehensive clinical governance systems, processes and outcomes for BHS including patient safety, quality improvement, NSQHS Standards, consumer feedback and risk management.
- Develop, report on, and evaluate clinical governance systems in partnership with the BSH executive team to drive high quality practice and to ensure relevant legislative and other key performance indicators are met.
- Coordinate, collaborate and engage with key clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate a culture of continuous quality improvement with BHS.
- Provide efficient and effective use of human and material resources in the Clinical Governance Unit within a dynamic health environment.
