**HR Driver**

**YOUR DUTIES;**
- Bin servicing and collection in accordance with each run sheet or on call as assigned by dispatch and the supervisor
- Day to day implementation of company quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment, maintaining the equipment, and ensuring all hazardous situations are reported and acted upon promptly
- To the best of your ability provide a high level of service and co-operative attitude
- To liaise and to report information to operations concerning proposed changes to jobs (delays, modifications etc) concerning our customers/residents
- To follow all reasonable and achievable instructions from operations, including special requests, and additional pickups.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- At least 6 months experience in the waste industry or similar
- HR License
- Must be reasonably fit and able to climb in and out of the truck when required daily.
- Ability to Lift 20-25kg
- Sound communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and solve problems
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be a team player
- Have Safety Shoes & HI Viz Vest or shirt

**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?**

This position will commence as casual up to 60 x hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full time role based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- HR Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
