**About the role**

The Marketing Quality Assurance Manager supports a first line of defence as an operational risk manager & is responsible for reviewing, scrutinising, and revising Marketing departmental operational processes and ICM’s. They will validate compliance with all agreed processes, standard operating procedures and rules, as well as examining and critiquing and improving work-flow efficiencies and providing business leads assurance that these are being adhered to.
