**Position**: Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
**Location**: Strathfield, New South Wales

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients in daily living activities while promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Safely operate hoists and other transfer equipment as required.
- Monitor clients’ comfort, safety, and overall health needs.
- Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients’ condition.
- Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Work morning shifts 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assistant in Nursing) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience providing personal care in disability or aged care settings.
- Compassionate and patient nature with a strong sense of integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour

- Do you currently hold a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assistant in Nursing) or equivalent?
- Are you trained and confident in using hoisting equipment and other mobility aids for client transfers?
- Are you comfortable providing personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and changing adult continence aids (nappies)?
- Are you available to work the following shift?

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours per shift)

Saturday, 7:00am - 8:00am (1 hour shift)
