- **$55,000 - $60,000k + Super depending on experience**

Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing and construction industry and are looking for an Administrator to support the Officer Manager. Working in a close knit team that will support your growth

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Management of stationery orders, staff amenity orders, mail, banking, data entryAccounts Recievable - generate invoices, credit notes, debtor enquiries, processing incoming payments-
- Accounts payable - Enter supplier invoices, End of Month reporting, Chase invoices and stock entries-
- Assist Sales team when required helping with quotes-
- Ad-hoc duties when required**About you**:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills-
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills-
- Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment-
- Previous experience with Micronet and Xero is highly desirable-
