**The Role**
- Grow Athena’s share of the residential mortgage market by contacting and converting prospective customers
- Understand customers’ financial goals and objectives and offer suitable lending solutions
- Deliver exceptional levels of service aligned to Athena’s passion for customers
- Generate extra business by identifying further sales opportunities
- Prioritise leads considering customer timeframes and propensityResolve any issues quickly and effectively

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in selling Home Loans over the phone
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a pipeline of customers
- Passion for customers
- Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
- Driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Enjoys learning new things and welcomes changeHigh level of attention to detail
