Regional Youth Support Services (RYSS) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Roster Officer** to support our essential youth disability programs across the Central Coast.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that young people receive the right support at the right time by overseeing dynamic staff rosters, responding to changes, and maintaining smooth service delivery. Working closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff, the Roster Officer helps maintain continuity of care across multiple programs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative and scheduling skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

**Working as part of a collaborative and mission-driven team, you will**:

- Coordinate daily and weekly staff rosters for youth disability programs
- Manage shift changes, cancellations, and staff availability
- Communicate roster updates clearly and promptly to staff
- Support record-keeping in line with NDIS and SCHADS Award compliance
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure smooth service delivery
- Help maintain continuity of care for our participants across multiple Central Coast locations

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum Certificate III qualification in Community Services, Business Administration (or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and a love for organisation and planning
- Great communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Experience with (or fast-learning capabilities for) rostering systems and scheduling
- Tech confidence
- A calm and responsive attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award, NDIS, or youth/disability services
