**About the Role**:

- Drive sales to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
- Providing our customers with extra ordinary sales experience through your positive can do attitude, product knowledge and willingness to ensure our customers walk away happy by their new promotional products and service they have received.
- This role is based in our store and as such you will be dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to work wear and apparel.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld in store
- Provide Quotation to customer and follow up
- Assist with stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing and maintaining stockroom.
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives
- Support the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ retail sales experience in a customer-focused preferred
- Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude
