**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create long-lasting relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, and processing sales transactions.
- Actively participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred, but not required.
- Eagerness and hunger for success, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
