Full Time Client Service Officer role based in Hobart CBD working with a growing Financial Planning Firm.

**Your new company**
Based in the Hobart, this Financial Planning Frim provide premium service to a wide range of clients with the aim to remain a business with a personal touch and also depth of experience and talent. Due to their outstanding customer service, their client base has grown and therefore they have the need for a full time permanent Client Service Officer to join their team in the new year.

**Your new role**
As the Client Service Officer your core duties will be providing support to the Senior Advisors. Reporting into the Client Services Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for;
- Manage appointments/schedule, including co-ordination of all client review appointments
- Implementing investment transactions and fund transfers
- Assist during client appointments as required
- Liaise with 3rd parties (accountants, Centrelink, insurance companies etc)
- Update client portfolios in preparation for client reviews
- Preparations of compliance documents for the advice team
- Recording of client details, investments, review dates etc. into CRM
- Control of outstanding client correspondence including invoicing for fees and payment follow up\
- Other adhoc duties
