**About the role**

You’ll be the go-to partner for the General Manager - ART Life Operations. Your mission? To lead operational strategy, boost performance, and build capability across the board.

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead big-picture programs that improve efficiency and member experience.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma or similar to streamline processes and lift quality.
- Set up dashboards and KPIs to track performance and drive accountability.
- Run performance forums and solve problems across teams.
- Own recruitment and onboarding for operations — making sure new starters feel welcome and ready to go.
- Drive change and building a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Plan workforce needs and help shape scalable team structures.
- Report to senior leaders and keep everyone aligned.

You're a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to help shape the future of ART Life Operations. You love driving performance, leading change, and making things better for teams and member. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You have deep experience in operational excellence and performance leadership.
- You know how to lead change and deliver results across large programs.
- You get recruitment and onboarding — especially in complex environments.
- You can influence and engage people at all levels.
- You have experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar (bonus points).
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in business or management.
