**The opportunity**:
The **State Performance Manager - QLD** is responsible for the delivery of sales and operational support to clubs within the wider **Brisbane**area. This pivotal position provides ongoing assistance to team members and independent contractors operating under the Zap Fitness 24/7 brand. The key focus is on achieving financial targets and fostering alignment among team members. By ensuring positive member engagement within Zap Fitness Clubs and the wider fitness community, the State Performance Manager plays a crucial role as a key stakeholder in enhancing overall performance.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Ensure all clubs in the region achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets across all sales streams
- Implement, and support quarterly and seasonal sales campaigns
- Develop initiatives to help underperforming clubs achieve projected profit and loss statements
- Manage club-based consumer brand feedback proactively, responding and resolving member feedback within reasonable timeframes
- Effectively manage capital expenditure in line with the region's budget
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain Member Service Representative's within the region
- Facilitate formal, monthly sales and skill training sessions for underperforming sales team members
- Conduct regular sales meetings, sales training sessions, and quarterly sales launches
- Conduct WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) audits in collaboration with the Safety department and ensure all clubs maintain results of 90% or higher

- Prior B2C retail management experience
- Prior team management experience
- Proven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targets
- Exceptional communication and people influencing skills
- Ability to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotions
- Exceptional stakeholder manager skills
- Excellent customer service capability
- Ability to motivate others and help them to succeed
- Desirable _
- Tertiary qualifications in management or similar
- Experience in regional or multi-site management
- Experience in the fitness industry
