**Business Development Manager - Practice Management Software**

$100,000 - 120,000 Base + Super + $20k Car Allowance + Comms ($200K OTE)

You will have the full support of a global brand who offer extensive training, mentoring, onboarding and offer a flexible and fun working environment.

**The Role**:
This role is a 50/50 split between new business acquisition and managing a portfolio of key customers across QLD within the Dental sector (both corporate and individual practice clients)

A truly customer centric sales role role where you will measured on new business, customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing revenue and renewal rates to achieve your sales targets in your assigned region.

**Tasks & Responsibilities include**:

- Working with existing practices that are using an on-premise solution that are looking to move to the cloud.
- Ensuring existing major accounts are retained and grow.
- New business / regional growth targets
- Development and maintenance of effective relationships with key personnel in established major accounts
- Achieving sales targets
- Monitor and analyse key targets and metrics
- Develop, interpret and analyse sales performance metrics
- Negotiate and close sale agreements that are competitive yet profitable with key account holders
- Develop and implement effective creative sales strategies across all products

This role offers a flexible model where you will be able to work from home, manage your client relationships both virtually and face to face across QLD - you do need to have the ability to travel regionally across the state which from time to time will require overnight travel.

You will have a stable track record and be able to demonstrate a consistent performance against sales targets and KPI’s.

You will need to be polished and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
