We have an exciting opening for an Organisational Development Specialist to join our People + Culture team with a focus to Leadership Development. This is an ongoing role, 0.6 FTE (3 days) based in our Geelong Head Office + hybrid work options for our team.

**About the role**

The People and Culture team leads the people strategy, undertaking a diverse array of activities to support, enable and facilitate our people in achieving individual, team and organisational goals.

This role is responsible for the creation and delivery of tailored leadership development programs, underpinned by our Leadership Competency Framework. Co-designed with the business, and best practice in mind, the role is also responsible for expanding on the talents and skills of our leaders at GMHBA.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level in human resources management, organisational development, business or a related field and/or relevant demonstrated experience
- Proven experience as a Leadership Development Manager, Training Manager or other relevant position
- Significant experience managing enterprise-wide leadership programs.
- Solid corporate workplace learning experience, along with facilitation experience.
- Ability to influence, coach and support people across all levels of the organisation and to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Exposure to Korn Ferry Leadership Competency Framework

Desirable
- Proven ability to analyse and utilise metrics and data insights to influence organisational thinking and inform strategic direction.
- Experience in eLearning design
- Certificate IV training and assessment
