**About the Opportunity**

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an existing staff member to step into a leadership position as a **Clinic Manager **supporting the Regional Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and successful operation of the **Warwick Diagnostic Imaging Clinic**. This is a **Full-time** role**.**

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care and is looking to stretch their leadership capabilities to support and mentor a team of high-performing professionals.

**You will**:

- Oversee the entire operation and ensure smooth running of the clinic (including quality assurance, equipment maintenance, ordering stock, maintaining departmental records and data, ensuring policies and procedures align with industry standards)
- Manage the rostering of the clinic team and leave requests (clinical team only, not clerical)
- Drive onsite engagement and retention activities, organise professional development opportunities, act as an escalation point for the clinic, participate in recruitment processes for new staff
- Build key relationships and manage third party contracts and agreements within the clinic
- Maintain a clinical workload and uphold professional levels of patient care, customer service, confidentiality, and moral/ethical codes

**About You**

You maintain a high standard in everything you do and always aim to deliver excellent customer service and patient care. You will also have:

- Clinical background (Sonographer, Radiographer, MRI Tech, etc)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A determined and resilient attitude to persevere through challenges
- The ability to work collaboratively with others and delegate where required
- A desire to strive towards continual improvement and always look for opportunities to create positive change
