At **Lives Lived Well **, we’ve been treating and supporting young people and adults whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drugs for over 50 years. We also support people with mental health and gambling concerns and those transitioning from correctional centres.
We’re growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted, innovative provider, focused on clinical excellenceand we’d love you to be part of it.

**About the Program**
Our new program called ‘Targeted Psychological Therapies’ is aimed at increasing access to psychological treatments for vulnerable individuals within rural areas in the Darling Downs region. This may include those suffering from financial hardship, those at risk of suicide or self-harm and marginalised groups within the community.
The program will run in multiple locations. You will be based in one of our LLW locations to provide services across either the Southern Downs, Goondiwindi, Western Downs, or South Burnett local government areas.

In your role, you will provide 5 sessions with each individual on average under the individual’s mental health care treatment plan. Working with the individual you will provide psychological interventions focused on recovery or reducing the distress of the presenting issue.
You will receive support from LLW to undertake your role through our well established organisational clinical governance. The management and administration of referral allocation is also covered by LLW. There is a potential need to travel in the local region to service clients. Travel is expected to be infrequent and will occur within work hours.

- Current Australian Driver’s licence.
Whist not essential we would also love you to have:

- You ask: Why not? And what’s next?
- You leave a positive wake.
Why? We believe that through these values, we do our best work - for each other, for clients, and for the communities we work in. And it’s a promise we make to you about the kind of experience you will have working for us.
