**Job Description**:
An Account Executive at Conga will act as a consultant to prospective and existing customers through an evaluation of our growing solution set. They will be responsible for new logo acquisition as well as expanding our existing customer portfolio to drive revenue within the assigned territory of our general commercial segment (customer size 250 employees and above). This is an opportunity to be a change maker by influencing the market, the company and our customers on their digital transformation journey.
**What you will need to be successful**:
- Experience in selling Software as a Service, ideally with experience in any of the following areas: Revenue Operations, Document Generation, e-Signature, CPQ or Contract Lifecycle.
- Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders whilst working with multiple partners such as other Software companies (ie Salesforce) and delivery partners.
- Consistent attainment of sales targets
- Excitement around hunting in a greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up.
- An active listener with strong business acumen to deeply understand our customer’s challenges.
- Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach which is focused on our customers' business & outcomes not products.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own and maintain a monthly, quarterly and annual business plan to over-achieve your assigned sales quota.
- Establish, build and maintain executive relationships with prospect, customers, and mutual GTM partners such as System Integrators, Salesforce and other ISVs.
- Build a solid and growing pipeline of new business opportunities with both net new customers and existing clients with an average deal size that support positive growth for the business.
- Manage multiple internal & external stakeholders across each of your sales opportunities including customers, sales engineers, delivery sales partners, system integrators and other software vendors.
- Ensure our engagements with customers are focused on complete solutions from all parties involved not just selling the next product.
- Help customers uncover the real challenges in their business or market opportunity that results in solid and robust business opportunities for Conga and our partners.
- Proactively provide trusted thought leadership to target accounts, to maintain relationships that fuel upsell opportunities
- Work effectively, collaboratively and respectfully with your colleagues both inside and outside the organisation.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software sales, with a track record of successfully managing and closing large, complex deals.
- Proven selling success in a technical, multi-product environment.
- Consultative and solution selling expertise.
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience.
- Superb listening skills. You must understand objections and overcome them by turning skeptics into enthusiastic new customers and brand ambassadors.
- Consistent track record of overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Collaborative approach; ability to prioritize the team over oneself.
