Jo Malone London is a British lifestyle brand known for its unique fragrance portfolio and luxury products for the bath, body and home. Le Labo an artisan perfumery brand focused on putting the soul back into perfume. Our Jo Malone London and Le Labo brands are seeking a passionate and results focused Marketing Executive to join the team.

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement marketing plans to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
- Coordinate brand refreshes, redesigns, and development projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Execute marketing strategies across Australia & New Zealand to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to forecast new product launches, sampling, and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain internal roadmap documents and ensure retailer agreements are programmed and delivered.

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
