We are seeking to fill a full time permanent vacancies based in Sydney, Metro.

In this role you will be providing mentoring to Apprentices and Trainees to help and support them completing their training.

**Part of your duties you will be required to**:

- Provide mentoring, support and individualised assistance to support Apprentices remain in meaningful, sustainable employment.
- Assess Apprentice and employer barriers that may affect retention and liaise with the Team to implement appropriate activities.
- Assist Apprentices to access crisis support and other resources if and as required.
- Liaise with RTOs and assist in identifying early intervention needs and support issues around attendance and performance.

**To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have**:

- Experience of the Australian Apprenticeships Support Network program highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate experience of mentoring others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Qualifications in psychology or social work (ideal not essential)
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
