**About the role**

Jura have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team as the Sales Support & BackOffice Coordinator.

In this role you will be ensure efficient inventory management and the smooth operation of back-office function by assisting the sales team in daily activities, including managing sales inquiries, processing orders, invoicing, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery of products.

You will also be required to analyse data and provide sales insights to the business which will help to make informed decisions and grow the business. You will build relationships with multiple departments including warehouse and sales teams, as well as 3PL providers, to ensure timely delivery and sales of our products, that exceed customer expectations. As such, your strong communication and interpersonal skills as well and customer centric approach to everything you do, will be critical to success.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is sufficient to meet customer demands;
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures to optimise inventory control;
- Maintain records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments as well as update inventory databases and software systems to reflect current stock levels;
- Collaborate with the procurement team to anticipate inventory needs based on customer orders and forecasts;
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products;
- General inventory and sales reports analysing the data to track performance, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Provide insights and recommendations regarding improving inventory management practices as a means to optimise strategies and improve sales effectiveness;
- Conduct periodic physical inventory audits;
- Maintain and update customer records.

**Skills and experience**
- Tertiary Qualifications in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferable;
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a global retail brand or sales and logistics environment preferred;
- Experienced using ERP systems and/or other sales-related software;
- Intermediate level experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask with high attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
