**How will I help?**
Within Private Wealth, we seek to provide unique and differentiated insights, expertise, and opportunities for high net worth clients.
We have a vacancy for a senior relationship leader and acquisition specialist to develop and grow a portfolio of high net worth client relationships through growth of existing and acquisition of new clients from both internal and external sources.
On a daily basis, you’ll enjoy:
- Developing and growing a portfolio of high net worth client relationships via growth of existing and acquisition of new clients via internal and external sources
- Driving engagement with clients to coordinate the delivery of our holistic banking, wealth and service proposition
- Developing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with all business partners within Private Wealth
- Collaborating with bank and wealth management product/distribution partners across the Westpac Group to distribute/cross sell solutions that meet our HNW clients’ needs
- Managing customer expectations for banking, lending and wealth processes
- Managing compliance obligations and issues including AML/KYC

**What do I need?**
We’d love to hear from seasoned bankers with significant lending experience, ideally across Private Banking and/or Private Wealth. In this role, it would be helpful if you have had experience working with mortgage brokers or were able to draw on relationships with mortgage brokers for new referrals.
Importantly you need strong acquisition capability, together with:
- Strong experience in the HNW client segment
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build credibility with diverse audiences
- Investments experience across multiple asset classes will also be well regarded
- RG146 Qualifications are required within 6 months from commencement
