A growing Private Credit business in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive capital raising and investor engagement. This is a rare opportunity for a proven business developer to work directly with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and direct investors, helping grow funds under management in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage relationships with HNW investors, family offices, and direct investors
  • Lead capital raising initiatives and convert opportunities into measurable growth
  • Design and implement strategies to expand funds under management
  • Collaborate with investment teams to structure tailored solutions that meet investor needs
  • Represent the business in client meetings and private investor forums

About You:

  • Experienced BDM or investor relations professional from private credit, private equity, or alternative investments
  • Demonstrated track record of raising capital from HNW, family office, and direct investors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently
  • Relevant financial qualifications or RG146 compliance is a plus
