**Salary per hour**:$37.19 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
**Employment Type**:Fixed Term Contract Part-time - 6 months
**Award**:Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
**Role Description**
The Gardener, under the direction of the Facilities Manager, is engaged to undertake delivery of gardening services for Community Consumers to help them live independently and to keep their homes in a safe condition. The Gardener will also attend to the gardening needs of the Heathcote Health campus.
The role is arranged on a 60(community)/40(campus) split.
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in landscaping and gardening.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Adaptable to change and flexibility to approach new tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate and promote good interpersonal relationships both within and outside the organisation.
