The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experiencedCare Manager to join our supportive team at Surrey Hills Gardens Care Community. As Care Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of clinical professionals
- Work closely with the General Manager to uphold and enhance clinical governance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Champion a positive, joyful, and resident-focused culture
- Promote holistic wellbeing—physical, emotional, and social—for all residents

About You:
- CurrentAHPRA Registrationas a Registered Nurse
- Demonstratedclinical leadership or management experiencein aged care or a similar setting
- Passion for empowering teams and delivering person-centred care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to enrich the lives of older Australians
