**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Support operations** - Assist in achieving team targets and deliverables by liaising with drivers and clients.
- **Data entry & administration** - Maintain accurate records, including driver run sheets and system updates.
- **Outbound calls** - Connect with existing clients and drivers to strengthen relationships and resolve queries.
- **Problem-solving** - Provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Work with company values** - Carry out all duties safely, following company principles and operating standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Customer service experience is essential** - At least **2+ years** in a customer service or operations coordination role is desirable.
- **Confident communicator** - You express yourself well on calls and build strong relationships with customers and drivers.
- **Strong organizational skills** - You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Tech-savvy** - Comfortable using multiple systems with **strong computer literacy.**:
