We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to provide stellar customer service and support our warehouse team.

You will be the main point of contact for our customers and use your excellent people skills to handle order distribution, customer calls, walk ins and service post sale customers. You will also have the freedom to use discretion where necessary to provide optimal solutions for our customers.

This is an autonomous role so we are looking for someone who can think on their feet and take full ownership of this position. Your ability to quickly and efficiently respond to our customers is paramount and you will be reporting directly to the CEO with any recurring issues so we can continually improve.

During occasional busy periods, you may also be required to assist with packing orders for dispatch and getting up to speed with our constantly evolving product range.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Excellent written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Passionate, positive and energetic attitude
- Reliability & ability to be able to work autonomously
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Previous experience using Shopify and/or Starshipit is highly desirable
- A keen interest in BBQ Kitchens, Outdoor Living will ensure you're perfect for this role

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Full time role. IMMEDIATE START available.
- 8am - 4pm, Mon - Fri.
- Taking calls and speaking to customers regarding their existing orders.
- Transferrring customers to sales specialists for leads
- Processing returns & exchanges
- Respond to customer reviews and urgently assist with any issues raised
- Counting & checking new stock arrivals
- Support our warehouse manager packing & sending orders
- Pitching in with our small team to ensure the warehouse is a clean & tidy environment to work in
- Using your keen organising skills to set up our new warehouse space and ensure stock is labelled and easy to find on shelves
- Admin duties as directed by the CEO

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
