**The Client**
My client is a well known ACT government owned company and is looking to fill a fulltime permanent Customer Engagement Executive Coordinator role which is attached to their Mitchell Office.
**The role**
The Customer Engagement Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting the General Manager Customer Engagement, and the Customer Engagement team more broadly through providing executive, administrative, and customer and community engagement project support.
This role has the flexibility to be full time work from home, in the Canberra region, with attendance to the Mitchell required only for certain client facing meetings. Hours of work are flexible around start time that can vary between 7.00- 9.00am Monday to Friday.
**Some of the key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Provide confidential high level administrative advice and support to the General Manager and Branch Management team including coordinating information requests of the Group
- Prepare, coordinate and edit correspondence, reports and presentations for the Executive and Board Meetings
- Perform secretariat support as required for various committees, meetings and events
- Coordinate branch and customer strategy planning days, team building activities and regular group communications and meetings.
- Arrange catering, travel and accommodation for staff within the Group when required
- Conduct specific research tasks to support the General Manager and the Group
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role is highly desirable
- Experience in providing information and assistance to a range of stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to research and provide written reports with recommendations.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including competency in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe.
- Accuracy in dealing with financial and other data.
- Someone who is proactive and able to work with a variety of people from varying backgrounds
- Organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
