Working within the People and Culture team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and lead the recruitment function across our brands. The responsibilities of the role include:

- Booking interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting reference checks
- Coaching and advising management team on best interview techniques and practices
- Managing incoming recruitment requests from managers and work with the People and Culture Manager to identify any gaps
- Liaising with external recruitment agencies if and when required
- Writing position advertisements, position descriptions and interview templates
- Identifying and attracting high performing talent
- Building a talent pipeline
- Assist with the immigration process as required

About you
- Strong communication skills and a confident negotiator
- Organised and able to juggle multiple roles and priorities
- Internal or agency recruitment experience
- Solutions focussed approach, with flexibility to adapt
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
