You are a motivated and detail-oriented **Technical Officer** with a passion for laboratory work and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. With sound technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, you bring professionalism and reliability to every task.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- **Qualifications and Technical Knowledge** - Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a recognised laboratory qualification, with a solid understanding of laboratory principles, scientific concepts, and Work Health and Safety requirements.
- **Teamwork and Communication** - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
- **Organisation and Initiative** - Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage variable workloads, and meet deadlines while working under limited supervision.
- **Laboratory and Technical Skills** - Experience in laboratory operations with sound numerical, computer, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
