Experienced team, working with all types of developers, their advisors, and capital arrangers.

**The Opportunity**

To maintain capability and meet demand, an opportunity for an Investment Analyst or Senior Investment Analyst to join the existing team in Sydney.

Assisting with analysis for the property finance division with likely tasks and initiatives comprising:

- Reviewing existing feasibilities
- Testing feasibility assumptions
- Rebuilding feasibilities and reporting your results to the Barwon team
- Visiting sites and meeting with developers which will include interstate travel
- Undertaking investment due diligence
- Producing Investment Committee papers

Proactively and cooperatively working with other team members to assist you with these tasks, or leading, depending upon your experience levels.

A willingness to proactively maintain strong relationships with the market, developers, borrowers, advisors, and arrangers.

Career trajectory in either investment management (originations) or portfolio management (asset management & execution).

You will be tertiary qualified and have anywhere between 1-3 years experience (investment analyst) or 3-6 years experience (senior investment analyst).

The experience could be gained in an investment analyst role in direct property or private debt, with a passion for analysis, and a willingness to be mentored and develop your personal capability through hands-on and formal training.
