We are currently recruiting for an Associate Analyst position in Debt Capital Markets for a Leading Global Investment Bank in Sydney, Australia.
As an Associate Analyst in Debt Capital Markets, you will be responsible for providing support to the senior team members in originating, structuring, and executing debt financing transactions.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
Conducting financial analysis and modelling to support the structuring of debt transactions.
Preparing presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials for debt issuances.
Assisting with the due diligence process and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the preparation of credit reports, offering memorandums, and other transaction documents.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant finance role (Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance).
Strong analytical and modelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
