We currently have a permanent opportunity for an Analyst to join our Decisioning Team within NAB Assist. The key element of this role is to assist internal and external stakeholders to support our customers, in line with NAB’s collection strategies, ensuring the customer transition from NAB to an external vendor is seamless. The Analyst is also accountable for managing the Agency Collections inbox and administering the external agency workflows.

**Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Administering referral tasks
- Effective management of complaints
- Referral mail-box administration within SLA’s
- Account investigation
- Ad-Hoc tasks
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Vendor oversight to ensure compliance with NAB Regulatory/Legislative Guidelines

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience in contract or supplier management
- Understanding of Debt and Credit management
- Proactive approach to problem solving and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in dynamic environment
- Banking and Finance experience or Collections will be highly regarded
