We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join a leading organisation in the industrial sector. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making as the company continues to grow both organically and through acquisition.

Description
The M&A Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling for potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Support due diligence processes and provide detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documents and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial data and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful M&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the retail industry is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and financial analysis tools.
