**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Agent

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and attain leads to build a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market research to identify properties and assess market trends and conditions.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
- Performing market analysis to pinpoint properties and evaluate market dynamics.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Utilise technology and marketing tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate Class 2 Licence
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighbourhoods.
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology.
- Hungry and motivated to convert leads and grow with an award winning team

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $61,205.96 - $245,452.86 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
