As a property manager you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management (160 properties)
Liaise with owners and tenants
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimise and maintain rental arrears

With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders.
Focus on a positive and fun culture
No trust accounting and administrative assistance
Dedicated leasing and routine inspection teams to support you
Industry-leading technology that streamlines tasks, laptop and iPhone provided
Career development & on-going training and support
Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
The St Leonard’s office is just a short walk from the train and Metro stations, as well as local bus stops, with cafés, restaurants, and shops. Nearby parks and green spaces make it easy to enjoy a quick break or lunch outdoors.
