Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity to join our Utilities division as a Field Supervisor supporting a major metering contract
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all contractual KPI’s are met and if possible exceeded
- Assist in maintaining a strong client relationship and act as key point of contact for reader performance and behaviour related complaints
- Ensure quality of work is in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the client
- Planning and co-ordinating all daily tasks associated with the role to ensure designated responsibilities and tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Perform ad-hoc auditing, reading and field based investigations where requested
- Promote a systematic approach to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Issues and adhere to all HSE Policies & Procedures
- Report all HSE Incidents in line with Service Stream’s Incident Reporting Process and Client’s own requirements
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager in driving contract performance in areas such as Retention, Quality and Delivery

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a field supervisory or operational based role
- In-field utility metering experience is essential
- Experience in Contract, Customer and Client management
- Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Current, Australian drivers’ license
