**Accountabilities includes**:

- Develop, implement, and continually improve program management plans, frameworks, and processes.
- Lead and manage program delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Lead and manage program office functions, ensuring financial management, administration, recruitment, and resource management.
- Lead the Program Delivery design team, guiding priorities and direction and continuing to build maturity and growth.
- Oversee the rolling Program of Work, coordinating program activities including planning, prioritisation and backlog management, discovery, execution, project initiation and closure.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continual improvement within the team.
- Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and report on program performance to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, program managers, and project teams.
- Proactively monitor resource utilisation and make recommendations for resource optimisation.
- Contribute high level advice and strategies to ensure the success of the program.
- Monitor and analyse program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies and procedures
- Act independently and manage assigned tasks
- Manage communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Take personal responsibility to deliver on agreed outcomes, model high standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour, demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development.
- Manage procurement activities.
- Proactively manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and contractual obligations throughout program delivery.
