- Coordinating and overseeing the management of capability programs, including procurement, project milestones, deliverables, and coordination across multiple cohorts.
- Developing resources and materials associated with capability programs to enhance their effectiveness.
- Providing high-quality advice, briefs, submissions, papers, and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Leading liaison, communication, and coordination with key stakeholders to develop coordinated implementation strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of the department's vision and strategic directions. They possess excellent written and oral communication skills and are able to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external high-level stakeholders.
