We are looking for a hands on, motivated and energised individual who's ready to manage and build on our awesome team. We love to create a fun environment here at Yoku Ono and work hard to maintain a unique and casual dining experience for our all of guests. Prior venue managing or supervisory experience needed.
- Hours are flexible, with no late finishes or early starts
- There is certainly room for growth with a potential at expanding to a second site.

About the venue

We, at Yoku Ono are a well established Japanese restaurant nestled in a lane-way just off of Chapel Street. Service gets busy and we will need someone confident to hit the ground running. We offer an outstanding selection of food and beverage we pride ourselves on our clients who have got us this far. Our community value our team, environment and accommodative menu, and we would love you to value them too

About the role

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Ordering of all FOH stock (inc bar)
- Rostering
- Opening/closing the site
- Bartending/section waiting
- Work with integrated reservation and POS systems
- Venue managing experience

Great but not a necessity:

- Creative menu writing
- love for food
