**About the Role**:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations during showtime. You’ll lead and support our bar and concessions team, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and a fun, safe environment for both staff and patrons. From pre-show buzz to encore energy, you'll help deliver experiences guests rave about.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Food and Beverage operations during events and performances
- Lead, motivate, and train frontline staff to deliver top-notch service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with management to improve processes and guest experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, experience ideally in a high-volume or event-driven environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and make quick decisions
- A genuine passion for customer service and live entertainment
- RSA or equivalent certification (required)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
