**About the position**

In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.

**Chophouse Grill**:

- For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.

**Emerald Gardens**:

- Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.

**Breakfast on the Terrace**:

- Enjoy a delicious breakfast spread of assorted healthy options to kick start your day.

We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment (3-6 months of previous experience). To be considered for this opportunity, good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.- Provide friendly customer service-
- Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages-
- Provide meal recommendations-
- Preparing the tables for service-
- Carrying multiple plates-
- Operation of tills and cash handlingThese casual positions will require availability for a variety of dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.

**Certifications required: RSA**

Please be advised, this role requires a Criminal Check to be undertaken prior to starting the role.
