**The Opportunity**

As we continue to mature our operating systems, we need an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of our NetSuite ERP solution across Supply Chain and Finance, as well as the delivery of a new WMS and several other system upgrades. This role is an opportunity to help Pet Circle scale to the next million customers and beyond. You’ll support and challenge our current way of building operations systems for our business, especially across Warehousing and Logistics. As an experienced technology leader you know how to evaluate current systems, aligning with current and future business needs. This gives you confidence when sponsoring new development and/or systems. You can be hands-on with system commissioning and know how to deliver overall value for our customers through good vendor relationships, commercials and ensuring IT Operations efforts are truly connected to customer value.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Work across a variety of teams to ensure systems are selected, implemented and integrated, with the aim of building operations systems across the business.
- Drive outcomes
- Work with vendor providers to draft RFP’s
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the VP Engineering, Head of Devops & VP Product, to ensure a shared understanding of the business requirements while championing the non functionals, architecture guidelines and strategies.
- Educate and influence the development teams to build and deliver high quality features with confidence and accuracy.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to members of the engineering and wider Tech team
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences for example, Product Management.

**Requirements**:

- Significant NetSuite ERP implementation experience across Supply Chain and Finance
- A thorough understanding of the vendor landscape. Knowing what systems are available and how they may solve our challenges.
- Previous experience implementing WMS
- The ability to lead and influence technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to shape and influence at a senior level
- Experience in Agile environments
- Worked in an eCommerce or SaaS environment

We anticipate this to be a 12m engagement, with the prospect of going permanent. We operate a Hybrid working environment that will see you splitting your time between our DC at Eastern Creek, our CBD office and your home.
