**Professional Experience -**
- Proficient in Data Governance and management tools and end-to-end data flow.
- Understand the data lifecycle for critical data elements and the metadata associated, including their names and definitions
- Provide guidance on the data under governance process and good data management practices
- Track, measure, and report the progress of data under governance adoption through the Enterprise Data Management framework
- 4+ years of Data Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills with a passion for championing change
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to connect key pieces of information across different sources
- Experience with Big Data and Data Lake

**Technical Expertise -**
- Informatica EDC & AXON skills are required
- Knowledge of managing customer data assets
- Cloud Data Governance, DMaaS (Data Management as a Service) experience in native Cloud Data Management technologies (Azure Purview, GCP DM Catalogue, etc..)
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data visualization tools
- Experience querying databases (SQL) and using Microsoft Excel
- Proven Knowledge of using big data platforms (e.g., Cloudera) and relational databases (e.g. Teradata) including knowledge of SQL
- Tableau, Power BI, Cognos BI, or equivalent Analytics/Reporting tools
- Data Modelling using tools like Erwin
- Hands-on experience in Collibra, Alation, etc
- Any certification in Data Management tools like Informatica, Collibra, etc

- Experience training others on standards, processes, and policies related to metadata management and/or data governance
- Ability to explain technical information in business terms.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Flexible to work in a team or individually
- Experience in handling SDLC Life-cycle
