We Are Hiring LEGO Instructors Do you love LEGO and enjoy working with creative and happy kids? We are hiring AWESOME team leaders or assistant instructor to run our workshops We are looking for outgoing and energetic people with experience in educational settings to help deliver our fun and engaging School Holiday Workshops, After School Programs and weekend Birthday Parties.

**About Us**

Bricks 4 Kidz is a dynamic and creative educational organization that brings the world of LEGO® bricks to children through fun and enriching programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Team Leader to join our team and lead engaging Bricks 4 Kidz programs.

**We are hiring in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Area**

**Job Position: Casual LEGO Instructor / Program Team Leader**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage LEGO workshops during school holiday seasons.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive School Holiday Workshops.
- Conduct fun and educational incursions at various locations.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Foster creativity and teamwork among children through LEGO activities.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for LEGO and working with children.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Experience in educational settings, such as teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively and safely.
- Availability during school holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in education, childcare, or related fields is preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for hands-on learning, creativity, and working with children.
- Being creative, and love LEGO

**Preferred Qualification**:
Possession of a valid driver's license.

**Why a Driver's License is Preferable**:
Given the varied nature of the programs, the Team Leader may need to travel to different locations. Having a valid driver's license is preferable for flexibility in managing logistics, materials, and providing on-site support.

Pay: $20.00 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
