**About the role**

This position is responsible for providing self-managed cleansing services that ensures Parramatta’s Public domain are maintained and improved to enhance the appearance of the city and to promote Parramatta as Australia’s next great city.

**Duties will include**:

- Undertaking a variety of tasks required for the successful completion of the functions of the Cleansing Services Team to ensure the long-term management, condition and usability of assets and facilities under the care of the team.
- Operate a variety of plant including garbage compactors.
- Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed, to assist other teams and operational areas, particularly in wet weather or other emergencies to meet community needs.

**2x Permanent Full Time Opportunities**

**Hours**:Monday-Friday
- 11.30am-8:00pm

**About You**

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a current NSW Driver’s License (Class MR/HR)
- Hold a current TCR Traffic Control ticket, or the ability and willingness to obtain
- Possession of a construction industry certificate “White Card”
- Asbestos Awareness

**Skills**:

- The physical capacity to undertake the role’s required tasks.

**What’s on offer**:
We are offering a salary range of $61,736.51 to $67,983.28 plus 11% Superannuation.
