**About the Role**

Are you an organisational maestro with a knack for efficiency and confidentiality? We’re searching for a _high-energy Personal Assistant_ to provide top-tier, confidential administrative support four of our Chief Executives. If you’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves juggling tasks with finesse, this could be the perfect role for you

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, seamless coordination across meetings, travel, and important projects. Your proactive mindset, combined with exceptional relationship-building skills, will make you a trusted partner to our team and an indispensable resource to our executives.

Responsibilities will include:

- Be the Link: Act as the primary point of contact between Chief Executives and internal stakeholders, building trust and keeping communication flowing.
- Master the Calendar: Manage extensive diaries and schedules with precision, ensuring no detail is missed.
- Create Organisation: File, collate, and distribute essential documents, keeping everything organised and accessible.
- Coordinate Travel & Meetings: Arrange travel itineraries, book meeting rooms, and assist with seamless logistics.
- Drive Special Projects: From reports to presentations, you’ll provide high-level support to drive key initiatives forward.
- Embrace Flexibility: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects, adapting swiftly to changes.

**About you**:

- You’re highly experienced as a Personal Assistant, with a passion for organisation and efficiency.
- Advanced in the MS Office suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You bring exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a talent for prioritising and meeting deadlines.
- Confidently handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you build rapport quickly and support those around you with warmth and reliability.
